Taste of the Highlands

Forss' dining room has a reputation as one of the finest in the North - evidenced by its 2AA Rosettes (unique in Caithness). This is thanks, in large, to its well-stocked larder, with all ingredients handpicked by one of Scotland's finest chefs. A Scottish showcase featuring eight exquisite courses, with perfectly matched wines, is served each evening.
