Drink Drambuie in Spinnakers Bar

The Broadford Hotel's whisky story began in 1611 with Bonnie Prince Charlie, and it's legacy currently resides with William Grant & Sons. The delicious herb, lavender and honey-infused whisky recipe is a well-kept secret. Sample a Drambuie or two in Spinnakers Bar and try it either straight or in a special cocktail devised by the hotel's talented bar team.

Skye is a truly magical place, home to some of Scotland's most iconic landscapes. Whether you're visiting for a few days while on a tour of Scotland or staying for a longer spell, the island has countless ways to enchant you, with its mountain ranges, miles of dramatic coastline and captivating history.

The island is so magical that, in the winter months, and with the right weather conditions, the magnificent Aurora Borealis can be seen over the skies of Glenade. But one of the biggest draws is perhaps The Old Man of Storr – one of the best known hills of the Trotterish Ridge. At the top of the hill you'll find magnificent views of Raasay, the neighbouring island to Skye.
